the CK-PDX

I had every intention of making this pattern with this yarn, but I had a very dull needle and the k2togs were killing me! I used all but a little bit of the 437 yards of Sabri by Illimani, a wonderfully soft organic cotton/alpaca blend. You could forgo the fringe and make it longer as well.

inspired words:

“Do not get lost in a sea of despair.
Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime.
Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble.”
Rep. John Lewis 1940 – 2020
